The Learning Journey
Our Brotherhood has 13 Degrees of study to celebrate learning and progression.
The are:
Neophyte
Our Neophyte work is the start of your journey in our brotherhood. In this you will complete a basic level of study and understanding of the craft. This will usually be done in a group workshop or on a 1-2-1 basis with one of our Coven Elders.
When you completed your Neophyte work, you will be invited to attend our sessions and attend celebrations and made an Initiate Member of our Brotherhood.
Initiate
Our 1st Degree – As an Initiate you will build on your foundational learning of Paganism.
Once Completed you will be officially dedicated to the Brotherhood as a full member.
Medium
Our 2nd Degree – Meditation and sharpening your senses and awareness of the magical world..
Acolyte
Our 3rd Degree – Energy Work
Mystic
Our 4th Degree – Symbology and Metaphysics
Seer
Our 5th Degree – All forms of Divination.
Healer
Our 6th Degree – Crystals and Healing.
Hedgewitch
Our 7th Degree – Herbology
Elixirist
Our 8th Degree – Potions
Enchanter
Our 9th Degree – Different types of Magical applications including Amulets & Talimats, enchantments
Wild Mage
Our 10th Degree – Wild Magic – Including Weather, Nature and Animal Magic and Elemental Magic
Battle Mage
Our 11th Degree – Battle Magic – including Protection, Entities, spirits and Demons
Master
Our 12th Degree – Choose a specialisation and master it.
Grand Master
Our 13th Degree – Take your specialisation and expanded and contributed to the advancement of the field.
Brotherhood Elders
Priest
A Priest is an experienced member of the Brotherhood who has an active role in supporting the High Priest and running of our Coven.
A Priest you must have passed at least the 3rd Degree. You will have worked on furthering your own spiritual progression and are now able to help guide others on their path.
High Priest
A High Priest is an experienced Witch who guides a Coven on their learning and spiritual Journey.
A High Priest is are always addressed with the respect their journey has earned with title of ‘Lord XXXX’
Grand High Priest
A Grand High Priest is always addressed with the respect their journey has earned with title
of ‘Lord XXXX’
A Grand High Priest is an experienced High Priest who guides an established coven that’s either sired covens or has taught students who themselves have become High Priests.
(A sired coven is when a coven has grown too large and as a result split into two covens)
Magus
A Magus is always addressed with the respect their journey has earned with title of ‘Lord XXXX’
Magus is an experienced Grand High Priest who guides 3 or more active and established covens each with their own High Priest whom they guide.
In some traditions this is also known as A Witch Witch King (note ‘A’ not ‘The’)
