Our Brotherhood brings together gay male witches to explore spirituality, strengthen their connection with nature and build lasting bonds with one another.

Cernunnos, the Celtic horned god, is our patron. In the masculine divine, we honour both strength and tenderness: courage, kindness, loyalty and care. These are qualities to develop in ourselves and encourage in each other.

Your spiritual path remains your own. You do not have to make Cernunnos your primary deity to belong to the Brotherhood.

Learning

Twenty degrees celebrate personal achievement and spiritual progression. Guided study, practical experience and mentorship help brothers deepen their understanding of the craft and themselves.

Trust, support and shared purpose are at the heart of our coven. Rituals, gatherings and personal guidance create space for meaningful connection.

The Brotherhood of Cernunnos is part of The Covens of the Sacred Spirit — a family of covens across Manchester and Chester, united by a shared Tradition, Accord and commitment to learning and growth.

Within that family, the Brotherhood retains its sovereignty and freedom: our own identity, leadership and distinctive path for gay men. Our Elders guide our community locally, while our members have the freedom to explore their personal spirituality within the shared Tradition.
